Born
in Donnelaith Scotland at the age of 12 she is rescued from the stake by Petyr
Van Abel from The Talasmea. Her mother dies in front of her at the stake she
has been accused of witchcraft.
Deborah is taken to live in The Talamasca's Motherhouse in Amsterdam for a
while. She then marries Roelant and looks after his sons.
Lasher the spirit who helped her mother brings her wealth including an emerald
necklace later called The Mayfair Emerald.
After Roelant dies Deborah marries Comet de Montdeve but before she leaves
to go to France and marry she seduces Petyr Van Abel and conceives a child
Charlotte.
She has two more children Chretien and Philippe.
After the death of her husband caused by Lasher she is accused of Witchcraft
and sentenced to the stake. To avoid this she gets Lasher to create a storm
and then climbs to the top of the church and jumps off. The storm kills her
sons and her mother in law who helped to convict her. Lasher then returns
to Donnelaith and kills the Earl and his family blaming them as well.
